Allegan Positive Options is centrally located in downtown Allegan at 114 Chestnut Street across from the Allegan County Courthouse. We serve families in Allegan and surrounding areas that are in need of FREE confirmation pregnancy tests and early limited ultrasounds. We strive to provide quality care to both moms and dads as they process through a pregnancy decision.

Positive Options is a non-profit organization and does NOT offer annual exams, birth control devices, mid-life services, abortion services or referrals, mammograms or breast screening, in-vitro fertilization services, pre or post-natal care, treatment of infertility, or treatment of reproductive tract infections. You will receive a referral list of local physicians for continued reproductive care.
