How much will my appointment cost?
Our priority is getting women like you the proper care and support they need. That’s why all our services are no cost. Even if you would like to make an appointment solely to talk to someone about your options, you will not be required to bring any form of payment with you.
Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
We want to ensure that you feel as comfortable as possible during your visit at Positive Options. Feel free to bring a friend, significant other, sibling, family member or parent with you to your appointment.
Will my insurance company know about my appointment at Positive Options?
Because our services are no cost to you, we do not require to see an insurance card or any form of payment when you come in for your appointment. This way, we are able to ensure that you get the resources and services you need in a completely confidential* manner.

We understand! Many women come to us without knowing what to do next. Your best first step is to make an appointment with us to get a no cost pregnancy test and discuss your options. We recognize that a woman faces an unplanned pregnancy on multiple levels. Our caring, knowledgeable staff can discuss your situation and options holistically (physically, emotionally, spiritually, relationally, etc.,) providing you with the resources you need to make an informed decision.
The abortion pill method is a medication abortion, also called RU 486. You are only eligible for a medication abortion if you are less than nine or ten weeks into your pregnancy. After that, you would need to have a surgical abortion. Check out our Blog
Positive Options is a non-profit organization and does not offer annual exams, birth control devices, mid-life services, abortion services or referrals, mammograms or breast screening, in-vitro fertilization services, pre or post-natal care, treatment of infertility, or treatment of reproductive tract infections.
You will receive a referral list of local physicians for continued reproductive care.
